This is an easy one.

The pResident says Iraq will have sovereignty after June 30th.

Here's how the The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition defines sovereignty.

Easy conclusion: the pResident is lying to us.
Sad conclusion: The most ignorant among us (like 45ish percent of Americans who say they'd vote for the clueless jerk) are mindlessly buying his lies without taking the time to look up a definition or ask questions and think about stuff.
