Governor Arnold?

Y'know, it's funny.
It seems to me that, every single time I have applied for a job as a reference librarian, the people who get the information first and foremost ask themselves one question:

Is this person qualified to do this job?

Sometimes, the people doing the hiring are jerks, snobs, idiots, people with their noses in the air or heads up their asses, but they understand y'gotta be qualified to do an important job.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is an actor and former bodybuilding muscleman. Do we even know if he finished high school?

He is not qualified to be the governor of California. It's just that simple.
