Comedian Dennis Miller did some right-wing stand-up at a George W. Bush fundraiser in Los Angeles last Friday. Miller, who is slated to get his own weekly commentary slot on Fox News Channel in a few weeks, has his head so far up the GOP's ass these days he can legally call himself a proctologist in 39 states.
